Ark medium and fine

Would a medium and fine ark be a good natural stone option before a jnat?
I was thinking bevel setter followed by medium soft and jnat.

Yes, the JNat and/or nagura progression should remove the ark scratches. So many good combos to get a great edge and experimenting is part of the fun.
