Aristocrat jr. Set No 49

We know the Aristocrat jr. as No 48 or as No 53 set. Now found a No 49 set the way to me. But what is a No 49 set?



here is the answer:

it´s the same razor like the No 48 set.

interesting thing are the instructions:

the #48 comes with a Super-Speed instruction
the #49 comes with a OC Popular instruction
the #53 says Aristocrat jr.

Nice! I have that #49 with case but not as good as yours! I have two different #53, the flat bottom and diamond bottom with aluminium handle/tray.

Hah, it's called the "Popular Model". Over the years Feather ripped off Gillette's razor designs and called them all the "Popular Model" whether they were three - piece open comb, solid bar, or one - piece TTO. Never thought that Feather might have ripped off the name "Popular Model" from Gillette. Is it so?

Beautiful sets Achim.
They are just like mine except mine do not have the shippers, instructions, blades, blade cases or razor cases and the plating on mine is showing some age/use, but other than that, just like mine.
