Actually I looked on there website and pretty much anything from CVS , Walgreens etc. are Personna blades just relabeled.

Personna makes a lot more than just DE blades. For the OP chance are those are relabeled Personna twin cartridges.

And there's also the Red Pack DE's. Personna appear to make carts as well, but usually when talking personna, it the DE's that are being referred to.

They also make the Personna Twin 2 cartridges (sold at Walmart) that work with a Trac II. I used these with a Bump Fighter handle while learning lather and waiting for my first DE purchase. I'm sure they carry those in re-branded too.
