Are there any European based glycerin soap makers?

Want to try a few of the delicious sounding scents from the likes of Mama Bear, but the shipping is prohibitive. They're available here from the traditional shaving company, but they prices are exhorbitant imo. I mean I know imports can be expensive, but shipped they're asking more for a puck than D.R. Harris soaps in a mahogany bowl cost

So, any local soapers or reasonable importers for us on this side of the pond?

Do you use this as a pre-shave wash, or as shaving soap?

I have used it as both. As a pre-shave it is great. As a shave soap I feel it is just a notch below VDH glycerin soap. Also, the scent is fantastic!
