I've only had tremendous customer service from PAA and its predecessors. And the products are amazing, especially the aftershave splashes and the PAA DOC Evolution razor in stainless. I'm a loyal customer.

After using PAA a few more times I'd say it's some damn good stuff. The post-shave feel, for me, is only bested by T+S, The Sudsy Soapery, Midnight & Two, and L&L. I think this soap just bumped Wholly Kaw out of my top 5. Great stuff.

You couldn't pay me enough.

PAA, PFF, HTGAM, Crown King or whatever new branding iteration they come out with is only good enough for my garbage bin. If others like them, that's their choice but for me personally, some things are simply not forgivable.

I think their aftershaves are top of the line. Might even argue one of the best in my den.

The PAA soaps though are barely average. Easy lather but a tacky, sticky mess.

The Crown King kokum butter on the other hand is a better formula and harder consistency.
