considering you will be regulating the gas between subsonic and full power,with different bullet weights, loads, suppressed and non suppressed? .300 Blackout? Your buffer spring needs to have a reliable brand name. JP.

Geissele SSA-E trigger installed, Elftmann Ambi Speed Safety installed, safety in the "OFF" position.

Safety in the "ON" position.

Portside, safety in "ON" position, push in with thumb for right-handers to take off. Very slick, I think I'll like it!

I like it! Looks great on the receiver with that big ole' "Red Means Dead" band on it.

SBA3 pistol brace/ receiver extension came in, as did the Ni-boron BCG. Also the Noveske "Flaming Pig" muzzle brake, not shown. Still awaiting barrel, adj. gas block, gas tube, charging handle, sights and scope mount.

Thanks! It's coming together much faster than I originally expected, largely due to Optics Planet having most of what I needed and PayPal. With luck, I may shoot it in a Range Officers match in two weeks.

That time frame may be a bit optimistic, hopefully no function issues will arise. I will be out of town around turkey day, so there won't be much time to trouble shoot, sight in, etc. When the build is completed, I'll start a new thread to cover range work, load development, etc.

Torque wrench came in, torquing the castle nut to 20 lbs., formerly only hand tight.

Upper receiver in "clamshell", had to wrap in painters tape because of loose fit, held in vice.

Barrel inserted.

Grease applied to threads, just grabbed what was on hand.

Torqued to 35 lbs.
