Aqueous Cream As Shaving Cream - Who Knew?

There’s a lot of stuff about using Aqueous Cream as an excellent post shave moisturiser but is anybody using it as a shave cream by itself?

It doesn’t lather but I still apply it with a brush and it really reminds me of Shavex etc. only better.
Very slick and moisturising indeed.

And I wonder how it would perform in a superlather?

My only gripe with it is that it doesn’t lather but for shaving the Aqueous Cream works really really well.

I just smear some on my face and head then paint it on with a wet brush.
The brush retains some of the cream/water mix to apply for subsequent passes.
It’s really slick and leaves my face feeling amazing afterwards.

I’ll mix it with some shaving soap and see what happens.

If soap+cream=superlather and
soap+cream+glycerin=uberlather
then does soap+aqueous cream=hyperlather?
Or maybe megalather?
