In my quest for a really kick butt menthol AS I took onboard a suggestion here at B&B (how unusual) to drop some menthol crystals into an AS
you wanted to menthol up. I ordered some menthol and then read it was frozen Peppermint essential oil or something similar so as I couldn't
wait 2 days (AD sufferer) and had a play with a few combo's this afternoon.
So after tonight's 3 pass shave I tried out my pimped out Aqua Velva. In to about 25ml of AV I had added 4 drops of peppermint oil.
I would say it was just slightly more menthol than Floid Vigoroso but of course easy enough to ramp up.
It seemed to leave my face a little drier than usual so I applied some Myrsol Blue about 20 minutes later.
Got an old bottle of Brut to try out tomorrow.
I have some cold face After Shaves coming from a kind member of B&B and will eventually get a bit of a collection but this seemed like a great option to get started and a bit of fun too.
