I got this at an estate sale this weekend for two dollars. It is full. Does anyone know what time period this is from, the 70s / 80s? I am an Old spice man, but have been enjoying using Aqua Velva since I got this.

Oh No!!! Have I contaminated us all!!!! LOL.... It is definitely a fishing reel.
At first glance, it looked like an Avon product, but it definitely says AquaVelva on it.
I never knew that AquaVelva came out with bottles like that ... are there any more in the series in other themes?

I believe it is from the 60s and came packaged with a few fishing lures as well. Heck of a find!
And yes, there were a few different bottles that aqua velva came in including a poker chip set, a stein, a polar bear and maybe a couple more I'm forgetting

I have always wanted to find the poker chip set!! I think it came with several versions of Aqua Velva in it.
Great find! I picked one of those up about a year and a half ago from an antique store. The owner told me it was probably 50's or 60's. The juice that was in mine was nice because the scent was a little more tame than the current AV. Used it all up, but I still decant AV into that bottle.
Great find I have not seen one since I was a kid.
