Apply Shaving Cream To a Wet Or Dry Face?

I shower, wet my face first, wash my hair, use Musgo Real Lime Glyce soap or Kiehl's Facial Fuel to wash my face, finish the showering process, occasionally running my face under the water, then before I get out, I apply Noxema Classic Clean to my beard area. Get out, dry off everything but my face, then proceed to the sink and prep my lather.

Wet face with hot water, pat dry & apply pre shave oil and then lather ......
