Apollo Mikron Help!

Dear Friends,
My apollo mikron doesnt adjust.. Are there any missing part ? here its pictures. i cleaned with warm water and still does not work.. it is only opening and closing.. how can adjust the dial?

The blade platform should be spring loaded, like that of a Merkur Progress.

Thanks Bob but i never use a progress..Also i find one long spring in the case of mikron razor.. i will add few picture later..
i need video or pictures of use and diassemble of this razor.. i tried with blade it works but adjusment still doesnt work. i try to put this long spring on the handle but not closed with the spring..

Now I've never held a Mikron in person but the spring should go into the top of the razor under the blade platform.
The long stem cap then goes into the top and the knob assembly into the bottom.

That Black piece doesn't look like it can go inside the razor, also that spring looks too skinny to work with this razor.
The spring need to be fat enough for the knob assemble and cap stem to pass through them.
Is there another spring inside the barrel under the blade platform?

im late because of the time zone.. There is no any other spring in the box or in the razor.. i will try to find a spring for it but if im not succesful to repair its adjustment dial than im going to use it without it..or i will think on it.
