Anyone with experience of Fitjar Shaving stuff

Primarily i go between TOBS and GFT at the moment but im still quite new and always wanting to try out new stuff, recently while browsing some sites like executive shaving and others, they have recommended Fitjar stuff to folks. Now looking at their prices they are very expensive, more than even castle forbes so before i buy some i was wonder if you lot have any experience with their stuff.

Cheers,
Gavin.

I've heard of them but I've not used them.

It would be interesting to see what our cousins in the US think about them as we often hear from European and UK readers' thoughts on them.

I've used several tubs of Fitjar creams. It is expensive but seems to last a long time. Good lather, great feeling on the skin after the shave. I especially like her Neroli and Shea Pleasure. I am going to run out of what I have in the next few weeks and it looks like no one in North America is now handling it, only European vendors with high shipping costs to the US.

I've used Fitjar creams for a few years now. The scents are top notch, they lather easily, and they're very slick and protective. My favorite scents are Woods and Fjellheim

Hmmm, i may give them a try but ill try at some point but the price point of them is gonna make it further down the line.

I'm have to be the dissenter. I've tried 2 different scents of the Norwegian cream. Neither produced very good lather for me and I did not care for the scents at all. But what really bothered me was the very steep price for what is really,a mediocre cream at best. There are many lesser priced creams that are far superior(T&H,Trumpers and TOBS). I know its very subjective but I just don't see whats to like about Fitjar,

What about their shaving soaps and after shave balms? Can anyone comment on how good those are?

It was the neroli scent that caught my attention from this brand, but as I have so many other soaps and creams I couldn't justify the extra spend and so on.

I tried a couple of their soaps too. And again,I think they are WAY overpriced and just average quality.
