Anyone remember a hot out of the can shaving cream?

I am trying to remember the time frame and maker of an aerosol canned shaving cream that provided hot lather right out of the can. Seems to me it was circa1970 and was only around a couple of years at most.

Also, any idea why they quit making it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Schick made a canned foam with a heating coil in the spout.
Just hold under hot water from tap.
I'm thinking late 70's to early 80's.

I remember seeing this one in a store but didn't buy it. I did buy Gillette's Hot One and liked it.
I now use a scuttle which gives me warm lather.

I wonder how many more products will turn up.

I remember having a can of it and I believe it was some time in the 70s. Somehow it came out of the can hot. It was novel for the time.

I kind of expected something that created heat when exposed to air.
After seeing Acmemfg's reply I started researching. They used hydrogen peroxide in a chemical reaction when it hit the air to warm the lather. The peroxide was in a separate container in the can so the mix only occurred when you pressed the top of the can to get lather.

You can always look into the lather machine that barbers would use. I know they are priced high, but when you compare it to what you’ve spent on razors , might be worth it for you. I think they are the lather time machines.
