Anyone Know How To Reliably Contact Bestshave.net?

Hey chaps. Back on 4, September I ordered some of those ultra low priced horse hair brushes from Bestshave.net. As of yet i have no idea if they are going to make it to my house. i used the links in the confirmation email bestshave sent me and the best information i can find so far according the USPS link is that it was "processed through sort facility" in Istanbul on 15, September. So I know it was shipped but have no idea if it has even left Turkey. I have emailed Bestshave twice with no response. At least not that I saw. Mayhaps it went to spam folder but the other emails did not. It was only $12 and change so I am certainly not going to wig out about it but is there some way to to check the status of this stuff on our side of the pond? Is bestshave a member here? I thought about sending them a PM to see if they can suggest a way to approach this. I know many members here report long wait times because of customs when ordering from them but this is five full weeks now and not a parcel in sight.

I've had similar experiences. Additionally there's a slight chance that your shipment was puled in customs to have real human being inspect the package.

My one shipment took a month. Another fella was lucky - less than 2 weeks!
With bestshave it is always "YMMV"

I ordered DE blades this summer and the order took 5 weeks to arrive. The tracking info was rather meaningless and didn't reflect activity post-Turkey. I haven't seen a single negative post from other members re: bestshave.net
you should be fine.

I am simply going to wait. There is no other option. As many have posted here there is no negative feedback with them other than delivery times. At the price and cheap carriage I am not going to get too worked up. I just want to try those ponies.

I admit I haven't hunted around dozens of sites for prices, but the prices always seem very good to me. I just got 200 blades and the number one brush this week (HUGE brush!) and mine took about 3 weeks to Japan. I've noticed though that every single item I've had from Bestshave in Turkey has been stopped and opened for inspection by customs here, which always holds things up.

Yes the prices are pretty good; just as an example a 100 pack of astras are $8 and change, and he has pretty decent horsehair brushes for a couple bucks.

To the OP don't worry they will arrive, I just got a package from BS and it took around 5 weeks for the shipment to arrive in Canada.
