Anyone heard of Playtex razor blades, cause I just bought some old DE ones today.

My Dad had a Playtex Hair Cutter that used DE blades.
The only ones I have seen are for the hair shaper.
I don't think they fit a standard DE razor.

That is the blade and Straight Arrow is correct, I opened one and it doesn't fit a DE razor, but the packaging and the blade look interesting.
The blade is thicker than a standard DE and the ends are curved from cutting edge to cutting edge. Think old time cough lozenge. There is a center of blade slot, no round holes and the slot is too short to fit on the center bar of a DE razor. Having to buy special blades for the trimmer (if in fact the trimmer handle wouldn't take a standard DE blade and since the slot is longer in the DE razor blade it may have fit) could have been a marketing problem for playtex. I am thinking now that I have seen one of this trimmers in my youth and the woman put two de blades in at a time, but I am not sure it was the exact same trimmer.
