Anyone having trouble logging on to Paypal?

Won't take my password. It was fine 2 days ago. Bill is paid in full every month. Anybody else having problems with Paypal log on? Tried speaking to an agent this morning...gave up after 30 minute wait.
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've been trying to get in since last night, with no luck. Odd thing is that my wife was able to get in to her account last night and even make a couple transactions. I hope they get it all worked out soon.

They really should post a notice on their website when they are doing an update that will affect some customers.
 
Dealing with PayPal on the phone is sort of like solving Rubick's Revenge while blindfolded. I explained 20x that it was not taking my password. Customer Service rep suggested changing my password. I explained NO CAN DO because I need to access my account to make that change. BTW, no easy task finding a phone number for PP Customer Service. Still worried my account was hacked, and password changed. I'll keep a close eye on things the next few days.
 
When I looked into calling them earlier today, I couldn't even find a phone number. I went to the contact us, and it prompted me to log in to get the number and some one-time passcode. So weird stuff for sure. I don't think that you have to worry about hackers too much in this case, but it never hurts to keep an eye on things.
 
I understand the frustration...to get the phone number to contact PayPal, you need to log into your account...which you cannot do. The phone number is 888-215-5506. Expect very long waits to speak to an agent. Also, expect the agent to tell you to log into your account to accomplish what you're calling for...even though you will have explained many times that your password is not being accepted and you cannot log into your account. I wish you the best.
 
Able to access my PP account!! What a relief!! No new activity noted. Out of an abundance of caution, I changed my password. Updated my browser as well. Thanks to all.
