This pack at Walgreens comes with a blade case reminiscent of the old Gillette cream colored case.

One of the razor blade vendor sites I went to at one time had one of those types of dispensers in a generic (as in, similar but no store branding) package and they were labeled Personna.

This ebay listing also has an example of a vintage Personna dispenser that looks almost identical:

Those are definitely Personna. Its hard for me to read the printing on the reverse but it seems to say "Made in Germany." They would be made for Edgewell Personal Care LLC doing business under the Personna name. These blades were formally made in Israel until the factory there was shut down and production moved to Germany. From what I remember they are made at the large Wilkinson Sword factory under a private label contract. Very good stainless steel blades.

For me, I would not get my shaving supplies at walgreens, target, wally world, true value, ace hardware, the gas station....

Yes, looks like it's so. I went ahead and purchase a pack for 2.99 - looks like Top Care's are a buck cheaper.

I will give them a shot. At 30 cents a blade, it's worth a try. Thanks.

They are descent blades really. Wegmans carries the Topcare brand near me.

You know when you go to CVS and Walgreens they will be more expensive.

Tried the Drug Mart brand, made in Germany, white container. I was pleasantly surprised. These are above-average blades that provided me with a satisfactory, comfortable shave. No, they're not as sharp as my Kai or Feathers; that said, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'd rate them on the higher half of average, probably in the top quarter.

Just goes to show - never know until you try.

Just an update FYI: Day 3 and these blades are amazing. They're shaving better today than Day 1.

Highly recommend.
