Purchased a pipe rack/humidor that came with six pipes off ebay, some marked Edwards, all marked Algerian briar. They seem like the same manufacture, just different styles. Anyone have any experience with or knowledge of their quality?
Anyone familiar with Edwards Algerian Briar Pipes ?

I don't first hand but I've heard good things about them online. If they are all cleaned up might I suggest packing a few bowls and seeing how they smoke!

I will definitely try them out. Although none of them seem heavily used, quite the contrary, most have loose stems. One is un-smoked, a behemoth of a pipe. They all appear to be unstained and not at all polished or waxed, but smoothly finished. The wood is the same in all of the pipes, just different styles. Looks like someone wanted an instant pipe collection to fill up the pipe rack that they came with.
