Anyone else here have Wickham's Russian Leather?

I had it and it always kept the great scent for me. Have you tried lathering it, that may bring the scent back.
I have a tub that's been in circulation for around two years, coming up every month or so.
It's still smelling good (I leave it open to let the puck dry for a few hours after each use) - very close to 1980s Imperial Leather aftershave and reminiscent of the current soap bar. [The website tells me they originally planned to call it "Imperial Trevor".]
Seconding the idea of trying lathering with it - sometimes the smell that builds up in the pot between uses isn't the same as when you're using it.
