Just wondering whether today has been particularly awful for anyone else? I've had (to say it mildly) a fairly rubbish day and so do some people I know. Just wondering if its something about the day that's off for everyone.
Had my engine light come on in the car this morning with a big warning of "Engine Fault Workshop!". As I live around 55 miles away from work, I had to bring it to my VW dealership who immediately charged £65 just to diagnose a fault (I am in work impatiently waiting for this diagnosis). I'm just hoping that it is not something really expensive to fix, as I'm tight on money as it is. Knowing my luck, it will be
Thought that would be it....but no! The post came and with it, something I had ordered from eBay a while ago - "original" Shulton Old Spice aftershave and shave cream. Excitedly, I ripped open the package which had come from India, looking forward to finally sampling the old-style Old Spice. But that was not to be. Turned out, it was a new bottle from Proctor & Gamble. The seller had made it plain that it was Shulton and the pictures of the bottles had Shulton written on them in big writing. So that is why I bought it from him (it was not an auction just a straight purchase). But this bottle is not the same as advertised and the smell is the same as the O/S bottle I have at home from the local supermarket. Have now complained to him, but I'll have to wait a few days to find out what will happen.
Just wondering what else could go wrong today lol. The only positive thing has been that I had an amazing first shave with my CJB kamisori (don't know how I managed not to slice my ear off lol!).
