Used to have fun with Commander Yellow Pantyhose
Deer tongue is not tobacco and it’s included in small amounts in some tobacco blends (wouldn’t want to smoke a whole bowl of it though!). I’ve also smoked a blend with some dried rose pedals in it which was quite nice, but again, they should be used in condimental amounts and I wouldn’t want to smoke a bowl of just rose pedals.

Mullein is another I’ve used in mixes, as well as white horehound.
When I was growing up kids smoked corn silk, and I remember fellow scouts smoking grapevine.

Flogglewerks pipes sells herbal smoking blends, I have not tried them but I am curious.
