Any luck getting in touch with Vulfix?

Emailed the address given at site sales@vulfixoldoriginal dot com a couple of times over a week ago, still no response.

I'm in the UK so obviously a reply within the year counts as excellent customer service, but anybody have better luck?
 
As you said, par for the course. I dealt with vulfix at that particular email address with satisfactory results.
 
I've had very fast replies from that email address; sent them a mail a couple of weeks ago, and I received a reply 3 hours later.
 
I know that TESC was a bit slow in responding for a couple of weeks because of Christmas holidays then very bad UK weather after that. They are up and running now.

Bad weather doesn't break the internet, except in England, where its a good excuse for everyone to sit down and have a rest for a month.

I've never had a problem with Vulfix. They've always been responsive. Have you tried again?

Just sent my third email to them within a month hoping I get something in the way of a response. I'm feeling like I'm throwing money at them and they're not interested.

Thanks for bumping this thread. I meant to add to it.

Re-sent the same email from the same account and got a reply in a few hours. Had sent it twice before in the same form...maybe their 'puter system is a little temperamental, but Brett, the manager, was helpful and seems a good fellow. :thumbup1:
