Picked up an old straight razor in box in a local antique shop but having trouble finding anything about it.
I quickly determined that the box does not match the razor. The box is marked Wingfield & Rowbotham which I have found some info about quite easily.
However the razor itself is stamped Frank Berry, Leicester and the blade inscribed "The Leicester". Only found one other mention of then name "Frank Berry" so far and that was someone else looking for info way back on another forum.
I'll post some pics later when I can but curious as to whether anyone has come across or knows anything about it?
