Any info on this Dorko Razor?

Does anyone know anything about this razor apart from being made by Dorko?

I received this as a gift from my mom about 15-20 years ago. She picked it up in Europe when I was a teenager and it’s been stored since. Never got into the straight razors until recently.

Can someone tell me about it? Can’t find anything online with regards to the Cairo or the Parker (?model)

Thanks for the link. I’m familiar with the Dorko brand, I was more interested in the Cairo aspect of things. Are they retailers of blades?

This is the first time I see it on a Dorko, but I have many Le Grelot and Thiers Issard that list a name and a city.
What it seems they are is a cutler or department store that did co-branding.
