What's new

Any dumb songs........

.......you wish you didn't know?

Wendy was here with the girls today and we were working hard, bustin' our butts.

Actually, we were stuffing our face with bacon and scrambled eggs with cheese she had made. Sadie raised a little rukus and Wendy asked her 'what's wrong Bertha?'

Bertha? You mean Bertha Butt? One of the Butt sisters? Wendy didn't know what I was talking about. Sad to admit, I know the words to this song and now I can't get rid of it; so I'll pass it on.........

The scientific term for that condition is an 'earworm'!

I never could stomach rap, either. Of course, my folks hated the music I grew up with, too.

Bees and butterflies sittin' in the tree,
and the po widdle sing cries, Mammeeee.....!

This thread brought to mind a particularly blue song by Mojo Nixon, but I won't link it. If you are curious, just search on "mojo tie my" on Youtube, the second result is the studio recording of this most reprehensible and offensive song. Children should absolutely be out of the room, and it is definitely NSFW. You have been warned--earbleach may well be in order after listening to it.
