Antique Mall Razor

I admit that I am a newb here, but I picked up a Joseph Allen & Sons Non-XLL razor today for $15. There are no cracks in the scales, and the blade closes perfectly center. There is mile pitting in the blade, and it is not shave ready at all.

Just wondering if I got a decent deal, and if it would be worth having it restored.

It comes down to the current condition and if you want to invest in it.

If you don't have any rust on the edge or any major chips, it should be savable!

Pictures are a must as you know!
