Hard to tell by the script, but the curve of the handle suggests pre-. I don't think Vulfix does curves like that. If I'm wrong, I win the brush.

This is a NOS Simpsons, all original. I definately have nothing against the post Vulfix made ones, but I wasn't going to turn down the chance to own one from this era.
