Fast, grippy, and not quite as efficient as a Toyota Prius. That's all I can tell you for now.
Wow, that's a TDI? VW/Audi sure are at the forefront when it comes to those engines.
I can't claim to have watched a full Le Mans race, but those TDI's are amazing. It helps that Audi have now won a few times in a row. Add to that the fact that others are getting in step with diesel now because of Audi's success, and what you get is amazing performance (for a race car) and amazing fuel economy. Cool Post 
As far as a Prius goes, did anyone catch the Top Gear race test of a Pruis vs BMW M3?
Over the course of a few high-speed laps, the M3 gets better fuel mileage than the Pruis. Not to mention the enviromental impact of building the Prius...all of which is nicely explained by the Top Gear boys.
