An underated high value soap if you are looking for something new Strop Shoppe

Just an appreciation post for an underated very elite soap "Strope Shoppe barbershoppe special edition with tallow" Many have it or have heard of it but it holds it's own right up there with Tabac, Panna Crema, ADP, MWF, Mikes etc. It comes in a huge 8oz tub that seems to never go down. It lathers very easy even with little water to start and then likes a little more but has a nice hydration window and a clean soapy buttery scent (Shea and Coca butter in it). There are 6oz tubs out there but look around, I got the the 8oz for about $18.00. If you don't have issues with tallow you will love this top of the line soap.

Agreed; the 1887 Limited Edition w/tallow & lanolin is a fine soap with an intoxicating scent. It's unfortunate this company cannot get its act together with shipping and timely order completion, though...

It's not underrated on this forum. A lot of people here know and love Strop Shoppe. Kali offers many of her scents with or without tallow. I have tried both and find that they both lather equally well. I also like the 1887 Limited, as well as the Special Edition Baker Street and Black Tie.
