Have you already tested Beloved Man?

I could buy a sample of BM and I am really impressed.

It is one of the most beautiful fragrances I have ever smelt so far.

That´s something that doesn´t share Amouage´s DNA or just a little bit (maybe, smoky part), but it justifes the existence in the market.

This fragrance seems to be rather based on a personal matter and experience than a general specific group in the niche market.


Now, I have to struggle what to buy for myself as a belated Christmas gift, Invasion Barbare or Beloved Man.

What do you think about BM, guys?

It differs from most Amouage fragrances as it doesn't have their usual Omani frankincense note. I like it a lot, but prefer the dry down to the opening. I'm not a big fan of black pepper, and I find it quite prevalent for the first hour or so.

I don´t know where you live, but it is really easy to get a sample or to test it in my area.

I am from Germany.

IB and BM are really different from each other, but they share the same vibe and term of beauty.

They get my plus points because they can be worn year around.

I rather think getting BM because my collections are mostly based on woody and leathery scents.
