Amazon Prime holiday delivery

This year we ordered more items on line than ever. I have to say I was very impressed with Amazon and their delivery. Items arrived on time or earlier than the promised date. Not one item was wrong or incorrectly described. It was definitely worth the money for the prime membership.

They dropped the ball on me 4 times in 6 orders. Gave me a month of prime for each mishap. I'm now nearly a year of free prime for their delivery screw ups.

I bought my entire Christmas shopping list from Amazon. No complaints!

I hate to think to think about how many Amazon shipments we received through the holidays. All but one were right on time and in good condition, but the one that went wrong went VERY wrong. They made it right, though (and I imagine gave UPS the bill).
