I am wondering if there are shave brushes out there that have an aluminum/metal handle on them so they have a similar feel to a DE razor with that heavy, cool metal feel to them. Who makes them and what do they cost? Can you get a shave brush that looks like brushed aluminum and is actually plastic? Thanks for the help.

Not sure about the plastic stuff but Pils makes stainless steel handles...so does Merkur...
The Vulfix 2255 along with many Dovo and Muhle brushes have heavy metal handles.
Omega makes many different models with a plastic handle that appears as metal.

Czech & Speake make aluminium handled brushes.
Check Shavemac for quite a few metal handled brushes. One that particularly comes to mind is the EJ brush that Joel reviewed in the Brush Wars forum.

Ok, Let me just say that;
1. I really don't like Art of Shaving ("those snooty people" not the products)
2. Gillette is a shadow and a parody of its former self.
But
I love that brush because of the big "Gillette" stamped on the end, and I aim to get one!
I've nearly bought the Penhaligon's one a couple of times. Its lovely
