Alt Innsbruck update/cute kid story

My 3 year old son is fascinated with my shaving. He likes me to use the brushes on his face, smell the products, etc. Most weekends he'll give me a hug when I'm done and tell me I smell good. Last night was an Alt Innsbruck night. He told me "Daddy, you smell perfect." AI has now moved firmly into first place in my book.

Awesome! :thumbup1:

I got my Alt-Innsbruck sample in the mail the other day. Performs great, but myself and my wife find the scent better suited for women than men. Just our opinion.

That is too cool!

I got a decant of the stuff from superlather not too long ago and I finally tried it this morning. I am impressed with how it smells 15-20 minutes after applied. The menthol kick is also quite something. Also on the plus side, the alcohol burn that everyone warned me about was not that bad. I might have to order a full bottle.

As the father of a boy and the grandfather of three girls, I can attest that while littleboyhugs are fine, littlegirlhugs are superlative! (The fact that the little girls are granddaughters, of course, doesn't detract.)

That is a cool story. :thumbup1:

My daughter (6) watches me shave and then smells me afterwards too so this made me . My little man (6 months) is already in a small bouncing seat by the door watching me shave as he laughs at his sister and takes shaving tips. I think I already have a shave set ready for him.

Nice story thanks for sharing.

When I'm bathing my son, I whip up a batch of lather and let him brush it on his face. Then I hand him a Tech (blade removed) and let him 'shave.' His technique makes me wince, but he's five, so there's time to work on that. I give him a little Ivy Club Spice or Lilac Vegetal afterwards.
