doesn't seem overly compelling IMO. I see these on sale pretty regularly for maybe closer to half price and if you're open to seconds or lightly worn used pairs then they're more like $100-200.

I have had AED, (Allen Edmond Disorder) for a few years. Their shoes are great and I have never worn out a pair. I picked up a pair of AE slippers, must look dapper to get the morning NY Times that was delivered to my door. Also I picked up two of the large cedar shoe racks, enough for 8 pairs, not all my AE's but enough for the rotation.
