@alx gilmore posted up here a few weeks back about a mooted get-together in Kyoto in November for a walking tour of the Umegahata valley which is the ground spring for many of our favourite abrasive rocks. I think it sounds like a great idea and am interested in getting involved.
However, I do not often venture outside the confines of the straight razor subforums and so it took me a while to figure out that the posting has been relocated to the meet-up and gatherings forum here --->
I wanted to throw up a signpost for anyone else who may not have figured this out. Please do continue the discussion there if you are interested!
