Is it possible to put a birth date on this Gillette Tech model?

I am no expert but I have the British Fat Handle Tech like yours and a Ball-End Tech. They both do not have date on it also. I am gonna take a shot in the dark and guesstimate 1932-39 for the fat handle. But someone more knowledgeable will chime in. Mr.Razor where are you?
