Aftershaves with neem - maybe in theory

I've been reading about the qualities of the neem plant, which has been known to Ayurvedic medicine for a very long time.
You see it these days in toothpastes, shampoos, soaps, etc.
Having anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, one might think it would be a good ingredient in a splash or balm.

Apparently neem oil has a dreadful pungent odor, though!
Still, I did read about a lotion from Neem Tree Farms that smells like citrus, and one user reported that it made a fine aftershave lotion.

I like the smell, sorta odd. Besides Amazon, organic and most plant nurseries and hydroponic stores have it. It's a good natural bug control product also. I used it with good results for insect control. When cold it will solidify, I read the same stuff on it. Never tried it though.
