Aftershave pairing for MDC Vetiver.

I am eyeing MDC Vetiver and of course I need an aftershave (lotion preferably) to pair it up with. Since I haven't had the chance to smell the soap what would be a good afteshave close to its scent. Maybe something from FINE? Please note that I am from the EU so most fancy artisan aftershaves will neither be available to buy locally nor order online since they contain alcohol. Not interested in balms either.

Its a pain to get alcohol based aftershave splashes these day, Guerlain vetiver aftershave is what comes to mind fantastic stuff but unavailable wherever I look, too bad MDC don't do matching aftershaves, got the same problem with the fougere which is one of my favourites but can't seem to find a decent aftershave to go with it

It is rather expensive, but I feel that there is no better vetiver aftershave than Le Pere Lucien's Vetiver. And since it's French, perhaps it would be more reasonably priced for those in the EU.

MdC make a Vetyver EDT, why not use it to scent some witch hazel?

Myrsol blue has a vetiver note underneath that makes it pair really well with vetiver-forward soaps.

By “lotion”, you mean like an alcohol based splash, right?

Irisch Moos pairs nicely with vetiver soaps. I imagine it would be widely available in the EU.
Fine Vetiver would aslo be a good choice, IMO.
