Advice required on "real" first brush: Simpson

I thought I had the ultimate with the Simpson Chubby3 Super. But I bowl (scuttle) lather and the very big knot with a relatively short handle is not quite right. I now use a Rooney Heritage Victorian, also super. The proportions are really excellent for bowl lathering. If nothing else, look at the proportions of this one, handle particularly.

Good choice! Enjoy the brush.

IMO a great starting point as you can go larger or smaller (or stay where you are) with the fifties!
