Advice needed.........

I'm trying to choose between a Semogue 830 Boar, and the 620.

If anyone can shed some light as to the characteristics of either, it would be greatly appreciated.

In addition, if you can recommend a vendor that would be great. If it's against forum rules, please PM me with the vendor.

Thanks,
Evan

830 has 5 mm more loft and a better grade of boar hair, it is quite soft to the face, but has a little less backbone than the 620.

The 620 is a scrubby little brush that has more backbone than any brush I've used, not quite as soft to the face.

Density wiser I think the 830 is an extra stuffed knot, but the 620 is not lacking.

I prefer the 620, but I think you will find that many more people like their 830 better. YMMV and all, but they are both good brushes.
