Adidas polo shirt size

Hi All,

I need some assistance on converting from metric to English. I was attempting to order an Adidas Polo shirt for my brother from a European Sports team. The size they offer is either 186 cm or 192 cm. He wears an XL size. I emailed the team's site and they said it is by height? I called Adidas and they were just as confused as me. Hopefully someone can assist.

Go with the bigger size, 192 cm.
