OMG what a smell to die for. Couldn't wait for my first shave this morning when this arrived yesterday. With an astronomical price tag I've been wondering what I was letting myself in for, but my fears were allayed. Good cushioning lather and a slickness I would normally only relate to my Italian soaps. And my skin felt oh so moisturised afterwards. Is it worth twice the price of Castle Forbes or three times that of Acca Kappa, my other 2 creams? Probably not but I really don't care. I just love it!!!

My favorite cream and it lasts forever. I love Castle Forbes also but find myself reaching for Acqua Di Parma more often, love the scent and moisturizing properties.

Can someone clarify the scent? Is the Barbiere line fragrance, AdP Colonia, AdP Intensa, or AdP Colonia Assoluta?? Or something completely different?

The scent is original colonia but its very light.
