How?
Take a long *** strand of kanthal, one of them allen wrenches in the shape of an L, a pair of pliers and a drill. Place the allen wrench (long end) into the drill opening. Bend your kanthal in half and place the creased part over the allen wrench. Grab the loose ends with your pliers and yank it so that it's taut. Turn on your drill.
Why?
More surface area = More juice = More flavor (or so they say)

You have to be careful with RiP. He has stupidly ridiculous over complicated builds that he'll pretend are better than the simpler ones just so that he gets more views and subscribers.
Gotcha.
I basically stick to normal micro coils, parallel coils, and twisted coils depending on my level of laziness. I eventually want to try out a Clapton coil, since I've heard positive things about it... but that looks like it'll take for-freaking-ever to build.
