About the Perma-Sharp blades and the two different versions.

First of all, big thanks to the poster, Codfish for sending me some Perma-Sharps in the mail and introducing me to my new favorite blade by far! Thanks man.

Now it's time to order some Perma-Sharps but I've read that there are two different versions, one made in St. Petersburg Russia, and another made in Turkey I think?

Well I've read that the ones from Russia are far superior. Where would I order from to make sure I'm getting those?
