A Vintage Score: Ever-Ready 150 + OS Mug

They say, "once in awhile even a blind squirrel finds a nut". I scored well on this NOS, in box (marked "60 cents") Ever-Ready 150 and an early 60's Old Spice Mug.

Does anyone in this forum know approximately when the 150 was produced and sold? Hmmm... Should I use this brush?

Couldn't hurt to try to use it. Might scratch a little, though. If you listen closely, it's actually begging for a new TGN Finest knot.

I'm giving it a soak now. I think I will keep this one as is. I have an old 150 handle that I may try a restore but I cracked the handle getting the old nasty knot out.

I have an NOS C40 that I have used a few times. Just like any other brush it will take a little bit of breaking in to appreciate, but my brush feels as good as the Omegas it sits next to.
