A while back, I posted how I broke a perfectly good Heljestrand straight. While it wasn't usable in that form, there was good Swedish steel left, and thanks to fellow member Charismata, I now have this wonderful little mini-straight:
which is the perfect size for getting at some nooks and crannies under the back of my jaw. Tried it today, and it worked beautifully. It may become a supporting player in every shave from now on!
The supply of knowledge and good will here is wonderful. Instead of a broken razor, I have a unique special purpose straightand the design, materials, and workmanship are superb. I suppose that's what we all do when we fix up and use old straightstake cast off stuff and make it not just functional, but luxurious. Count me a happy camper.
