A REASONABLE skin care regimen…

As my skin has aged and gotten drier I find it harder to keep it moisturized, so I use a good moisturizer, like Cerave throughout the day and use Cerave PM moisturizer at night. After shaving, I use a Vitamin C serum. This regimen works pretty well. I always wear a sunscreen when going outdoors. Some cheap ones have irritated my skin, so I use a more expensive one now, EltaMD with zinc oxide.

Is there a certain type of Noxzema you prefer?

My father used to use it but said they changed the formula at some point and he didnt like the new version.

1. Noxzema as a cleanser and a pre-shave
2. CeraVe Moisturizer as a post-shave balm

Interestingly, this little "regimen" also seems to help keep my seborrheic dermatitis under control.

I have been using CeraVe moisturizer (the one in the pot) post-shave myself for a couple months now, and I find it prolongs an aftershaves scent when used underneath a splash. It has also been a great post shave balm and moisturizer for my skin. Wish I had tried the stuff sooner.
