A super speed in a wrong case?

Yes. It is a black tip Super Speed. I dont know about the case. These SS's came in blue plastic cases.

What's the difference in aggressiveness when it comes to a blue tip, silver tip, red tip and black tip vintage Gillette razor? My limited understanding is that a blue tip is of mild aggressiveness, whereas a red tip is the most aggressive. Where does the Silver Tip and Black Tip fall into that range?

@koreysmith I havent used one myself. These black tips came out between the 40's style SS and the Red/Silver/Blue tips. They should shave similar to the earlier Super Speeds.
Red = Wild
Silver = Medium
Blue = Mild

I don't know about blade gap and whatnots but I do know the red is the heaviest of the them all and the blue the lightest. The blues were made with aluminum.

Not all black tips were created equal.
Usually the black tip is more like the silver tip but since on that one the handle is lighter (aluminum) it will feel more like a blue tip.
Nice case. (1920s New Improved?)
