What's new

A little firearm porn.

CMMG Banshee RDB Bolt 9mm upper, 5" barrel, Spike's Tactical SBR stamped ST15 Cal Multi billet lower (ambidextrous everything), RDIAS, full auto fire control group, BADASS safety selector, LWRC UCIW extension tube/buffer/spring, hand stippled MagPul pistol grip, UTG Pro stock. 3 inch flash can until I get a suppressor stamp. The APSG Inc. folding/extendable vertical grip with hand stop gives it an MP5'ish profile.

Waiting for the MEAN Arms Endomag to complete the package.

Oh, I need a good set of irons. Recommendations for fast target acquisition?

Is the forward grip MagPul?
No that is a very inexpensive eBay grip. I think it was 13 bucks. Only 90 degrees and flat positions. Has an extendable section you can pull out that springs back in when you press the latches on the side. APSGINC is the vendor, ships from Cali but for sure made in China.

Last ones.

UTG Pro stock is very inexpensive and I like the no-snag profile.

Fake silencer 20 bucks. Solid aluminum. At least it gets the muzzle out a ways though. Sorry about the fuzzy pic.

A real knuckle toaster with only the thread protector on there. I guess that is why a lot of folks use a device like the KAK Flash Can. Mine doesn't have the notches like the KAK so it rings like a bell with every shot. :001_smile

OK, I don't do porn anything (I just hate the term). But wow, that looks like a lot of fun to shoot.

Oh that looks nice.

I wish I had the funds for the federal fees for that. I love selective fire.

Trigger?

Now that you mention it I have been looking at updating the trigger or polishing since it is not that smooth and has a bit of travel.

I never thought to ask Spike's what they sent me in the full auto fire control group until I started checking off features for the post. I sent them an email last Friday about it. The FA kit was not that expensive so I suspect it is mil-spec but not top notch.

If it is not a recognized manufacturer I may spring for a better one, maybe Geissele. Recommendation?

Anyone have experience with this?
JoeBob's AR15 Grip Screw Trigger Adjuster
I have to check to see if my grip screw hole extends through the lower and is threaded all the way or it won't work.

Same here, at times I would like to play with one, plus suppressed, but I can buy a a lot of ammo for the price of those accessories plus the federal fees,

You should try a binary trigger or a TacCon. I originally had the TacCon trigger installed. I won't be using it again now that I have the other gear and will sell it. It has a 3rd position selector that gives a partial reset, plus single action and safe. It can be made to fire very fast with a twitch of the trigger finger. The range officer got on to me one day thinking I was firing full auto without being certified yet.

I want a Thompson...you know, the one with the 10 1/2 inch barrel and removable shoulder stock.

I wonder how much it would cost to have an Auto-Ordnance one modified.
