A few shots

Hello all,

I've been rather busy, and haven't been much around lately, but now I'm enjoying three weeks of vacation and have a little moe time on my hands

I bought a new camera (and a couple lenses) a few days before we left for our vacation, I've been playing around a lot, and thought I would share a few of the ones I'm most happy with.

And like always, constructive critics are welcome

Excelent! I too would be interested in what type of lens was used for the colored drops shots. I detect some macro shots here. You should consider posting one of those in the next month's photo competition.

I uppgraded my Nikon D5100 to a D7000.

I kept only the 35mm 1.8 and added a few more lenses: Nikkor Macro 40mm 2.8, Nikkor 50mm 1.8, Nikkor 16-85mm 3.5-5.6 and a Nikkor 55-300mm 4.5-5.6

The wood pile, fencing, and the drops are shot with the 40mm Macro, the rest was shot with the 16-85mm.

i am thinking of replacing the 40mm with a 60 or 85mm as I think the focus distance is a bit too short.
